There was no way she was letting herself be completely sidetracked this time, so she'd spent a good part of the day cooking - brownies, lasagna, salad, raspberry pie and garlic bread. She'd loaded everything except the lasagna and garlic bread, which were just about done, into bags, added a bottle of champagne and two glasses for midnight, and made her way across the hall.

She reached up to tuck his hair behind his ear. "I guess you can have this if you want."

His smile was her answer. He straddled her hips and pulled her shirt off. Settling on his haunches, he pulled her up to get to her bra fastening, and to be able to kiss her as he slid it away, too. "Nice," he marveled, before pulling his own shirt off and laying her back down, pressing carefully down on her as he went, starting at her mouth before moving down.
